The Levittown Schools have seen tens of thousands of students.
Over the years, the work of educating us was carried by thousands of employees.
Teachers and administrators, principals and assistant principals, nurses and coaches, guidance counselors, psychologists and social workers, secretaries, bus drivers, cafeteria aides and cooks, custodians and maintenance workers, groundskeepers and technicians, security, superintendents, the elected volunteer board and the union representatives...
Some were well known to students and parents, formally and informally. Many more we had heard about or had a passing acquaintance with, while others were less visible.
Those we knew best were often as close as family, and loved and sometimes hated as dearly by us in our youth.
Our time together was limited; everyone's time in this life is limited.

Many people served in more than one school and more than one job title through the years. This list does not generally track years, schools, job titles, or year of death. All Levittown Schools facilities and all job titles are combined in this list. It is reasonably complete, though erors and omissions are possible. If you have additions or corrections, I will try to pass them along.
This information is maintained by several DAHS faculty, now retired. They have been kind to share it with us.
The departed teachers and staff of all the Levittown Schools are remembered each year. This annual memorial has become a tradition of the Levittown Schools Employees.
The annual Levittown Employees Memorial Mass service will be held on Thursday, December 13, 2001 at Saint Bernard's Church in Levittown at 3:30 PM. All are welcome.
